Instant Messaging
Just testing out this Twitter flash tool on the blog in preparation for next month. The idea being that I write live instant messages on my mobile phone from Wimbledon which will appear on the blog automatically.

Instant Photos
Tested out Flickr on the phone. Seems to work fine. So I can take photos on the phone, upload them, and display them instantly on Flickr or on the blog;

Troubleshooting
What I want from you is to let me know if you experience any deterioration in the normal function of the blog as a result of the twitter widget.

Trip
I've arranged to be at Wimbledon for the first Monday (22nd) through to the 2nd Monday (29th), leaving London that night. In other words the first four rounds. But more on that nearer the time. As for my going to Eastbourne; nothing arranged at the moment.. and we know why that is..

As treasurer do you reckon we could reach into the bucket and maybe start up the first "Bartoli Tour"

Sort of like what Warney's doing with the ashes tour.

It would be great to jet set around the world with Marion and watch her play live instead of squinting into our monitors or watching numbers change slowly having to imagine what must be taking place on the court.

Luckily wimby is one of 2 tournaments a year that oz shows, well at least hopefully.

Do you play any tennis comps

I play one called pennant at my local tennis club

Gosofrd tennis centre.

Last week we had some epic matches.

I lost my first doubles 9-7 (we play pro sets)

Lost my singles against someone who was undefeated after 10 rounds 9-8 (7-4) i had 2 match points!!!!

But then luckily won second doubles 9-8 (10-8) saved 5MP's!!!
Down 6-2 and 7-6 in TB, If interested.

this week won 9-6 and 9-3, lost 1st doubs 9-6

That's pretty respectable scores, you must play a decent game. Do you have a level?

I play a wee bit. The problem for me is no one to plays with up here. It is cold for most of the year, even summer.

There is one tennis court here.

One tennis court!!!

at gosford tennis centre we have 23!, were at the oppostie end of the scale, in summer sometimes it gets over 40 degrees and if you are playing on a hard court that can increase by at least 10 degrees, i am the no. 3 in my team and the comp i am i play at a decent level, i've only just started getting tennis lessons so i started to play my own way which is verydefence and is starting to get me into a lot of trouble, so leasons are good, are they offered where you live.

23.. wow You Aussies love your tennis.

Why not try double-handed like Marion. You wouldn't play so defensive then.. the point would be over quickly cos the ball goes so like a bomb!
